What will your job look like?

Managing AOP of Corporate India:

PY – preparing plan and tracking actuals on a monthly basis through stage 5 report which is to be taken from corporate economics. Travel – preparing plan and tracking actuals on a monthly basis and sharing travel RC as per requirement. Expenses – getting the plan from team members and tracking actuals on monthly basis through GL. Preparing program-wise expenses slide for monthly/quarterly reviews. Monthly connect with Dominic to get Stage 5 report. Keeping track of the pending invoices and updating the status on a monthly basis. Keeping track of open POs and updating the status twice a year. Co-ordinating and following-up with relevant stakeholders for required data and to remain up-to-date on happenings around AOP (PY/Travel/Expenses). Providing accruals to finance team on a monthly basis as per the deadline shared by them. Opening and closing RCs for new joiners/people who move out. Helping team-members for any queries related to budget, NEED,PR,PO creation. Understanding the flow of the process from system perspective (SAP etc.) Preparing process documents related to PY/Travel/Expenses. Keeping yourself updated on the changes in policies, procedures etc. for areas related to our work (ex- procurement, finance etc.). Providing the back-up data for AOP deck preparation and helping in preparing the deck. Managing and preparing the AOP deck end-to-end. Focal point for any queries with respect to AOP from Corporate Economics, Admin Managers, India Head (Rajat), CIP Program Managers (Taruna & Raj) and other managers. Providing required data/information to these stakeholders. Managing the ad-hoc requests/tasks with respect to AOP (Ex- movement of dedicated admins to respective units). Lead AOP monthly and quarterly reviews (Program management reviews). Lead the monthly budget review meeting with Finance partner. Budget Manager for Corporate India. Approval of NEED/Request and PR in SAP.

Adhoc (Special Projects):

Helping with data/analysis for ad-hoc projects from time to time in addition to analysis of core areas (AOP/NIT/Cost Dashboard).

All you need is...

Full time Graduation Degree. Engineering/Economics degree preferred but not vital. Total 6-10 years experience in program management/planning. Budget Management Stakeholder Management
