Position: Team Lead International Recruitment – Cochin Work From Office  – India

Work Hours: 1 PM IST - 21.30 PM IST (Monday - Friday)



Responsibilities:




  • Responsible for managing the day-to-day activities and workflow of our Cochin Office
  • Create and submit reports to the of Operations as needed consistently for each month and ensuring recruitment of nurses for overseas Market through the pre-screen, screening, and selection interviews, leading to offers and signed contracts in a timely manner.
  • Assist in candidate retention and development.
  • Supervise recruiting personnel.
  • Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events.
  • Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.


Experience and skills we value:




  • Completed studies in the field of business, psychology, or a related area.
  • 5-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition preference International / Domestic Recruitment operations in Healthcare Industries
  • Leadership experience
  • Expertise in managing full cycle recruitment, including sourcing, and managing external partners.
  • Pronounced communication skills and a huge portion of empathy.
  • Working proficiency in English is required.
  • Hands-on mentality and curiosity and eagerness to learn, with the ability to challenge the status quo continuously.
