JobDescription:
  • Lead organizationalchange management activities for the Oracle ERP Project and othersmall to mediumsized initiatives using a structured changemanagement methodology. The primary function of the role is tocreate and implement change strategies and plans that maximizestakeholder adoption and minimize resistance driving adoption andproficiency of the change within theorganization.
  • Lead or support change managementactivities with crossfunctional team members and stakeholders tounderstand manage and reinforce change throughout thetransformation life cycle using key methods and tools includingStakeholder analysis and management plans. Change impactassessments. Change readiness and resistance plans. Change adoptionand action plans. Define and measure success metrics and monitorchange progress and adoption.
  • Apply astructured process to produce change artifacts that contribute to acohesive & holistic strategy for the Oracle ERPimplementation project; these change artifacts should helpemployees in all affected roles engage adopt and use changeseffectively in their daytoday work.
  • Maintain asolid understanding of organizational change managementincorporating best practices as they emerge.
  • Befocused on the people side of change including changes to businessprocesses systems and technology as well as job roles andorganization structures.
  • Build changemanagement approach and plans integrating change managementactivities into the overall transformation project plan leveragingindustry standard methodology to ensure successful planning anddelivery.
  • Create engagement strategy and plansin partnership with key functions including project managementcommunications human resources GPOs leadership and managers forimpacted stakeholders to drive buyin and adoption of thechange.
  • Develop or support communication planskey messages presentations and write communications for all levelsof the organization
  • Work with and influenceindividuals at all levels of the organization to drive change;support and engage senior leaders coach managers supervisors andproject teams evaluate and ensure stakeholder readiness andadoption.
  • Support training where neededincluding training assessments and design/development of trainingmaterials.
  • Develop a sponsor roadmap for seniorleaders to fulfill the role of changesponsor.
  • Provide direct support and coachfrontline managers and supervisors as they help their directreports through transitions
  • Measure and monitorprogress at clearly defined points in the process to ensure changeactivities are aligned with transformation objectives delivered ontime and meet or exceed expectations.
  • Supportorganizational effectiveness efforts including org design anddefinition of roles andresponsibilities
