Provide legal assistance to the Company
DueDiligence of properties to be mortgaged
LSR/TSRreview and opinion
Know to conduct Search andmake Search report
Well versed with provisionsof CPC DCPR Rules Transfer of PropertyLaw
Contract Law MHADA SRA Municipal CorporationAct Land Acquisition
Proceeding References andWrit Petition thereon MRTP Act Maharashtra
LandRevenue Code Revenue Proceeding.
Good knowledgeof RBI guideline and amp; NBFC Compliance.
Goodwith Corporate Law / Land Laws would be addedadvantage.
Conducting of legal due diligence onproperties for creation of mortgage (i.e.
byequitable mortgage or registered mortgage or by extension ofmortgage)
on pan India basis preparation ofmortgage documentation and assisting
internalteams on legal queries documentation and stampduty.
Handle all legal matter/ practices tosecure the best interests of the
organization indebt recovery through SARFAESI and other legalaction
Assist in Executing the strategies andprocedures to be followed in debt
recovery andmaintain and prepare legal MIS for the assignedarea.

Manage the recovery litigation physicalpossession auction under arbitration
and SARFAESIlaws and provide proactive legal strategy for all keyaccounts.
KeySkillsets /Requirements:
LLB/(LLM) from a reputed Law College
Experience:1015 years
Excellent written and spokencommunication skills in English Marathi andamp;
Hindi or any regional language would addadvantage
Experience in Corporatelaw.
