istant Manager Business Development

As an istant manager you will be workingclosely with the client in order to execute their designengineering projects and will also ist the management in BusinessDevelopment activities primarily for South Asia region. Yourresponsibilities will be asfollows:
- Responsible for businessdevelopment strategy covering marketing and sales for variousservice offerings.
- Lead strategy and for salesaccount management and relationship management.
- Execute call and email campaigns to generatenew sales prospects and manage the pipeline along with marketingteam.
- Plan and strategize for participation inexhibitions seminars and various other events to generate relevantleads.
- Build a strong pipeline ofopportunities in the CRM and provide update on a weekly basis.
- Complete accurate tracking of communicationwith current and potential customers in CRM.
- Meet or exceed quarterly business developmentobjectives.
- Identifying market opportunitiesthrough meetings networking and other channels
- Meeting existing and potential clients andbuilding positive relationships
- Liaising withcolleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies
- Work cross functionally with marketing andengineering teams to drive incremental revenue.
- Maintain up to date knowledge aboutcompetitive positioning in the marketplace.
- Responsible for outbound sales and renewals
- Conduct market research prospect for targetcompanies and contacts and lead generation
- Strong Management ss equipped with capabilityto multitask and handle various leads at the same time.
- Work with management for overall salesstrategy in your region as you play a key role by heading the salesstrategy.
- Coordinate with technical team toensure project and for necessary inputs wherever required.
- Protects organizations value by keepinginformation confidential.
- Preparingpresentations lead client meetings & have good IT ss.
- Producing periodic reports for management
- Training business developers and salescolleagues
- Participating with Management inBusiness development activities
- Willing totravel to domestic or international locations on short notice.
- Any other ociated task or responsibilitiesigned from time to time by the organization.
JobRequirements:
- You area graduate in engineering field with minimum work experience of 10years.
- You have worked in Business Developmentfor minimum 5 years (marine Industry exposure is a must)
- You have working experience with CRM and othermarketing tools.
- You must have excellenttelephone verbal and written communication ss
- You take initiative and have gooddecisionmaking ss
- You should have strategic andytical thinking ss
- You would like to continueto develop your technical & intrsonal knowledge and use it toretain & create satisfied customers.
- Youare ready to serve minimum service commitment of 2.5 years in ourcompany.
