The Job

As the Director of Inbound Demand Generation, you will play a crucial role in driving awareness, interest, and ultimately, demand for our B2B SaaS product in the North US market. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive demand-generation strategies to attract and engage potential customers, generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), and support our sales team in achieving revenue targets. You will be responsible for:


  • Planning and executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns across multiple channels, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, webinars, events, etc.
  • Working closely with sales and leadership to identify and prioritize target accounts based on strategic criteria such as revenue potential, industry, and fit with our ideal customer profiles.
  • Developing comprehensive account-based marketing strategies and plans tailored to key accounts, focusing on driving awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Utilizing marketing automation and personalization tools to deliver targeted messaging and content to key stakeholders within target accounts.
  • Tracking and analyzing key metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of demand generation initiatives.
  • Collaborating closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with account-specific sales strategies and objectives, providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders.


The Profile

  • You possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, and have 8-14 years of experience in account-based marketing, demand generation, or B2B marketing roles, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry.
  • You have a solid understanding of account-based marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
  • You have hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools to measure and optimize campaign performance.
  • You are an analytical, result-oriented professional with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • You thrive in fast-paced startup environments.
