Weare seeking an Integration Expert with over 5 years of experienceprimarily focusing on Workday integration. The role will involvebuilding Time Management and HCM Coreintegrations.

RequirementsKeyResponsibilities:

  • Thisis a consultant role for a duration of 6 months subject to clearinga clientinterview.
  • Demonstratedexperience in Workday support/implementation with at least twoprojects.
  • Proficiencyin Workday Integrations including EIB Studio DocumentTransformation Calculated Fields XSLT/XML and Web ServicesAPI.
  • Handsonexperience in designing and developing EIBs Studio XSLT DocumentTransformation and Payroll EIB Calculations(PECI).
  • Abilityto engage in design discussions withclients.
  • Proficientin coding writing design/technical specifications conducting codereviews understanding integration strategies performing dataconversions and comprehending HR interfaces with othermodules.
  • Familiaritywith interpreting technical design documents and IntegrationLandscape.
  • Additionalexperience in Time Management Payroll EIB Calculations (PECI)Workday EIB Calculations (WECI) Core HCM Benefits and PayrollConnectors isadvantageous.
  • Familiaritywith any HR ERP and Middleware tools such as Taleo KronosCornerstone Informatica Cast Iron MuleSoft SOA ADF etc. is aplus.
  • Excellentcommunication skills areessential.

Key Responsibilities: This is a consultant role for a duration of 6months, subject to clearing a client interview. Demonstratedexperience in Workday support/implementation with at least twoprojects. Proficiency in Workday Integrations including EIB,Studio, Document Transformation, Calculated Fields, XSLT/XML, andWeb Services API. Hands-on experience in designing and developingEIBs, Studio, XSLT, Document Transformation, and Payroll EIBCalculations (PECI). Ability to engage in design discussions withclients. Proficient in coding, writing design/technicalspecifications, conducting code reviews, understanding integrationstrategies, performing data conversions, and comprehending HRinterfaces with other modules. Familiarity with interpretingtechnical design documents and Integration Landscape. Additionalexperience in Time Management, Payroll EIB Calculations (PECI),Workday EIB Calculations (WECI), Core HCM, Benefits, and PayrollConnectors is advantageous. Familiarity with any HR ERP andMiddleware tools such as Taleo, Kronos, Cornerstone, Informatica,Cast Iron, MuleSoft, SOA, ADF, etc., is a plus. Excellentcommunication skills are essential.
