The Workday Integration Developer will partner with the HR business group to ensure delivery of applications aligned to the business and IT strategy, as well as the support of HR applications Works with HR business groups to define their global IT requirements and to analyze appropriate solutions. IT BSA will manage projects from inception to completion.

What You'll do

Work closely with Human Resources to understand business requirements and implement them through successful implementation and testing.Participate in projects and ensure coverage of all facets of design, development, testing, and a successful end-user experience.Build productive relationships with the IT Global team, including BSAs, developers, and infrastructureBuild productive relationships with the HR Global organizationBuild and manage productive relationships with the various systems vendors and customer representativesAnalyze and determine application and interface solutions, understand application functionalityDesign and develop integration between Workday, Payroll, Benefits provides and various HR Boundary systemsPerform system set-up, configuration, testing, and support day-to-day systems and interfaces issuesGood understanding of Core HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking & Benefits modulesProvide production support for Workday by debugging and fixing integrationsTroubleshoot and fix WD and ADP connector issues and work on building new enhancementsStay ahead of industry best practices and opportunities for improvement through automationUse IT Software Development Life Cycle methodology and Agile as they fit the initiativeSupport internal and external systems audit initiativesManages enhancement and project releases for WorkdayTriages and troubleshoots issuesProvides status against plans and raises issuesTraining and Change ManagementMay conduct research, pilot features and document and prepare recommendations for reviewDocuments configurations for future use and training Day to Day Support (Production Support)

What You have:

Minimum of 2 to 3 years of Workday technical experience developing integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, XSLT and EIBsMinimum of 2 years of Workday functional experience in configuring and debugging business processes, validation rules, calc fields, report writing and system securityMinimum of 2 years of Project lead experienceExcellent knowledge of HR, Payroll systems and ability to take the lead as the business systems analyst on HR Systems including Workday and ADPAcute understanding of business systems analysis and how to apply it to complex solutionsGood understanding of HR, Payroll and related Finance business processes, systems and their inter-dependenciesAbility to balance business requirements, compliance regulations, and technology capabilities for global projectsOutstanding communication skillsAbility to strategically influence without authorityAbility to build and work with multi-functional teams across the organizationAbility to effectively manage confidentiality of informationAbility to quickly learn new systems, processes, and technologyPreferably Workday HCM and Integration certified
