Primary Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a comprehensive third-party risk management (TPRM) program in alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practicesConduct due diligence assessments of potential third-party vendors and partners to evaluate their compliance with relevant laws and regulationsMonitor and analyze third-party relationships to identify potential risks and compliance issuesCollaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies for third-party relationshipsReview and update policies and procedures related to third-party risk management to ensure compliance with changing regulatory requirementsProvide guidance and training to employees on compliance requirements related to third-party relationshipsConduct periodic audits and reviews of third-party relationships to assess compliance and identify areas for improvementStay informed about changes in relevant laws and regulations impacting third-party risk management and recommend necessary adjustments to the programServe as a subject matter expert on third-party risk management during internal and external audits and regulatory examinationsComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

CA / MBA Finance or other similar degreeSubstantial experience at least 7+ years in managing and/or creating compliance frameworksProven excellent analytical skills and attention to detailSolid written, verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to express complex information and processes in a clear, concise, and compelling mannerEffective communication and interpersonal skills
