About Data Analytics (DA)

Data Analytics is one of the highest growth practices within Evalueserve, providing you rewarding career opportunities. What you will be doing at Evalueserve

Design, develop, and executehigh-performing marketing automation campaigns using Marketo. Manage lead nurturing programs tocultivate and convert leads into sales-qualified opportunities. Configure and maintain Marketoworkflows, landing pages, forms, and email templates. Leverage marketing automation topersonalize the customer journey and deliver targeted content. Analyze marketing campaignperformance using Marketo analytics and other digital analytics tools. Translate data insights intoactionable recommendations for campaign optimization. Collaborate with marketing, sales,and other departments to ensure alignment and achieve marketing goals. Stay up to date on the latest Marketofeatures and best practices. Provide ongoing support andtraining to internal stakeholders on Marketo functionality

What are we looking at:

Bachelor’s / master’s degree from areputed university 5+ years of experience in marketingautomation, preferably with Marketo. Proven track record of success indesigning and executing high-performing marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of marketingautomation principles and best practices. In-depth knowledge of Marketofeatures and functionalities. Experience with lead scoring, leadnurturing, and segmentation strategies. Solid understanding of digitalanalytics concepts and tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Excellent data analysis and reportingskills. Strong communication, collaboration,and problem-solving skills. Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) orMarketo Certified Professional (MCP) a plus. Must be self-motivated, responsive, professional,and dedicated to customer success. Possess an innovative,problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset.
