Java development experience is required. Demonstrated understanding of cloud native architecture and experience with either AWS or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is desired. Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineering is building the next generation of health care platform using cloud native solutions to provide a superior patient experience. The platform and control plane build foundational building blocks that make up the stack and services to manage environment lifecycle events. IAM Engineering is responsible for R&D, focusing on leveraging open standards and interoperable technologies to make the infrastructure as agile and adaptable as possible. We are focused on the crucial topics of identity and security--how to identify the various people, devices, and systems that make up the cloud; how to allow them to securely communicate with one other; how to track what they do, etc.

We will facilitate this by advancing the state of the art in healthcare and population level health, make it practical, effective, and real at practitioner level by connecting everything together. This will allow a patient to get point of care from anyone, anywhere or any device by providing the practitioner medical information leveraging global data. 

Accountable for broad software design, code quality and architecture decisions
Lead and direct architecture discussions, design sessions and code reviews for functional correctness, architectural maintainability, and performance
Develop long-term technical roadmap for solution area
Investigate and drive analysis for new innovations and technologies
Perform software risk analysis, identify and implement mitigation
Code for high-risk projects that have solution dependencies within and outside current team
Partner with product and operations teams as solution expert to provide recommendations
Reinforce and promote engineering culture and values across the organisation and OHAI
