Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Officer to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products in the designated area. As a Field Sales Officer, you will play a key role in increasing our customer base and revenue. This is a junior level position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales. The job location is Vadodara, Gujarat, India, and the employment type is Full-Time.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Knowledge of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sales
  • Experience in the beverages or ice cream industry is a plus
  • Good understanding of marketing and B2C marketing tactics
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel within the designated area
  • Experience in retail sales is beneficial
