This role is to hire an AVP / Associate in the Risk Management Solutions EMEA Business Management team to support RMS EMEA Co-heads and Sub-regional heads to manage the core topics of Client/Revenue Analysis, run Key Themes/Initiatives, Cost and Headcount/FTE.

Overview of Corporate Coverage COO team :

The Corporate Coverage COO team comprises of individuals supporting functions like CAO, Business Management and Business Controls in global and regional roles. You will join a dedicated group of professionals focusing on supporting the Risk Management Solutions (RMS) franchise in EMEA The scope of the activities is diverse and includes strategic business planning, sales/revenue/client analytics, financial control and reporting tasks, headcount management, compensation matters and control function liaison.

Your key responsibilities:

Work closely with the EMEA desk heads and broader COO team on various key projects related to supporting the European corporate derivatives business. This may include projects related to growth strategy, client strategy, operational efficiency, business restructuring, technology implementations, control deficiency remediation, and supporting internal and external audits Track and analyze business performance relative to financial plan and business scorecards; preparation of materials for monthly business reviews, and ad-hoc meetings Support central management of Risk Management Solutions and Corporate Coverage by maintaining metrics such as key trades, headcount, and their related reporting Provide ongoing and ad-hoc analysis to senior management including sales pipeline, client onboarding, and revenue planning Collaborate with broader corporate functions across Deutsche Bank, including Compliance, Finance, Legal, HR and Operations to drive business effectiveness and process improvements Assist with MI standardization initiatives Quality assurance/checks of our data to ensure accurate reporting of revenues and KPIs

Your skills and experience:

Relevant experience in finance and/or business management/analyst roles will be a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and ability to learn new internal applications as and when needed Knowledge of cost categories and analysis will be a plus Desire to work in a fast paced, challenging, and multi-cultural environment Ability to work under pressure and multi-task with strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills with ability to converse clearly with Global/Regional Product COOs and other senior stakeholders.
