:Crowe is looking to hire a Sr. Quality Assurance Analyst in our Product Engineering practice. This individual will be a part of a product focused Scrum team that is responsible for enhancing and maintaining the CPASA product used by Financial Services.
This individual should have passion for improving software quality. The individual would be responsible to improve overall quality outcomes while adhering to commitments set forth by the team, and balancing quality assurance standards, while working with immediate peers, and communicating on a team-wide level.
The following job responsibilities would apply to this position:
- Reviews User Stories and Acceptance Criteria to ensure full understanding of individual deliverables.
- Designs, develops, maintains functional test cases, and ensures all tests are traceable.
- Develops and maintains quality strategy for product team.
- Ensures that user expectations are met during the testing process.
- Implements and monitors test cases to assess functionality, reliability, performance, and quality of the service or product.
- Fosters a collaborative relationship with developers to maximize value of testing.
- Identifies potential quality issues per defined process and escalates reported potential quality issues to the scrum team.
Qualifications: (Include years of experience)
- Graduation or Post Graduation degree in Computer Science or engineering fields, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of relevant QA experience.
- Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology including all Agile ceremonies.
- Understanding of the various QA terminologies, SDLC and STLC.
- Knowledge of QA Best Practices and supporting processes.
- Experience writing SQL queries and querying relational databases.
