Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

The Senior Software QA Analyst provides and ensures the overall assurance on the quality of product by implementing and adhering to the best practices in automation and manual testing processes.Job ResponsibilitiesWrite functional test cases for new enhancements and subsequently automate themEnsure overall application test coverageUnderstand requirements and provide estimationsWork closely with software engineers, business analysts, and quality assurance analysts to triage reported software issuesIdentify and automate test cases to improve the automation coverageEnsure failed automation test cases are promptly corrected/addressedAnalyze application logs and investigate root cause for reported issuesBuild database queries to investigate data related issuesExecute both automation and manual test cases and record test outcomesKeep repositories and test practices updated with the latest industry developmentsDesign and develop automation testing strategies and build automated testing frameworksQualifications and Skills5-8 years of experience in QAA minimum of 2-3 years’ experience working on Selenium with C#Understanding of SDLC and STLCShould have basic to advanced SQL skills (
