We are seeking an Associate Digital Strategist with a keen understanding of creating cohesive digital experiences and a strong ability to translate business goals into actionable strategies. The ideal candidate will specialize in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design with a strategic mindset, combining creativity, data analysis, and collaboration to drive innovative and impactful digital solutions. As an Associate Digital Strategist, you will act as the bridge between business needs, user experience, and technical implementation, ensuring seamless delivery of digital projects.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute digital strategies aligned with business objectives, user needs, and market trends.
  2. Lead the ideation, planning, and execution of UI/UX projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand identity.
  3. Oversee the creation of detailed wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys that guide development and inspire stakeholder confidence.
  4. Define and maintain a visual design language, including UI components, typography, and color schemes, while adhering to brand guidelines.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, product managers, and copywriters, to deliver high-quality digital products.
  6. Conduct usability testing and user feedback sessions to refine designs and optimize user experiences.
  7. Analyze and interpret web and app analytics to identify improvement opportunities and inform design decisions.
  8. Facilitate workshops and design discussions, effectively communicating concepts and strategies to clients and internal teams.
  9. Mentor junior designers, fostering a collaborative environment and upholding design best practices.
  10. Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and technologies, integrating innovative ideas into projects.
What’s required:
  • 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, digital strategy, or related roles.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital design, user-centered thinking, and problem-solving.
  • Advanced proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools such as InVision or WebFlow.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and their application in shaping digital strategies.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • A proactive problem-solver who excels in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Ability to balance creativity with analytical thinking to deliver both aesthetically pleasing and data-driven solutions.
