Role

s and Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule meetings, workshops, and other project-related gatherings. Prepare agendas for meetings and distribute them to relevant participants in advance. Attend meetings and create accurate minutes of meetings (MoM) to document discussions, decisions, and action items. Follow up on action items discussed in meetings to ensure timely completion. Maintain comprehensive records of assignments, deadlines, and progress updates. Collaborate with project leads, managers, and team members to track assignments and milestones. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns. Assist in project planning, resource allocation, and task prioritization as needed. Provide administrative support to project teams, including document management and file organization. Stay updated with project timelines, priorities, and objectives to support decision-making and planning processes.

Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience (3+ years) in information technology or cybersecurity-oriented project coordination, administration, or similar roles. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and collaboration platforms. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness in work. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with project management methodologies and practices is a plus (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
