This is a portfolio management S&R role within theSmart infrastructure operating company, EP business unit under productmanagement. Itis a globalHQ function, located within the Segment IAA (India, ASEAN andAfrica) and focusing on defining our strategy and promoting our companypositions in industry codes and standards activities for the IAA Segment.

Monitor with your IAA expert community all relevant codesand standards activities that may impact our Segment’sbusiness to assure our interests are considered.

YourSkills are required

3+ years’ experience (5+ years preferred) in the application, design, and manufacture of electrical distribution equipment Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related field Electrical, Mechanical, or Materials Engineering preferred Ability to influence and work with others both outside and inside the company Capabilty to understand the linkage between standards and business impact Strategic thinking including the capability to present strategies in a simple way Demonstrates and applies advanced knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures for area of expertise. Ability to understand residential, commercial, and industrial business markets Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to interact with customers, vendors, employees, and industry peers. Confidentiality – assignments may involve working with representatives from competitors Team player who works well in a collaborative work environment ~10% international travel required

Knowledge of Electrical Products Business Unit or related products in, but not limited to, the following areas: Codes Standards Applications Design Manufacturing Familiarity with IEC, UL ,BIS and other Standards Development Organization (SDO) standards
