Work you’ll do

JD - Salesforce B2B Devops (Senior Consultant )

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce DevOps Developer with experience in B2B Commerce/Cloud Craze for multiple positions including as full-time employment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Salesforce administration and development, alongside deep expertise in DevOps practices and tools.

 Requirements:

· Hands-on experience as an admin or Developer with strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and automation in Copado or Flossum

· Proven experience in Salesforce deployments and DevOps/ release management, including CI/CD processes.

· Expertise with complex branching strategies, version control, pipeline automation and orchestration utilizing Copado and related tools like Git, Jenkins, Bitbucket, GitHub, Ant, etc

· Advanced knowledge of Copado, including CLI usage and cherry-picking strategies for LWC and Apex classes.

· Implemented complex Salesforce DevOps pipeline for Salesforce releases with Copado, Gearset, Flossum, Changeset, SFDX etc

· In-depth in knowledge of code deployment version conflict resolution.

· Competent with Salesforce configuration such as managing users, profiles and permission sets, and automation like validation rules, flows.

· Setting-up the CI/CD pipeline and environment from scratch, using Copado and related tools.

· Proficient with Git, Bitbucket, GitHub, and GitHub Actions.

· Expertise in Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab.

· Experience in using SFDX for Salesforce deployments.

· Advanced configuration expertise and proficiency in Copado CLI.

· Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer), Copado certifications or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

5 – 8 years’ experience as a Salesforce Devops Experience with delivery of Salesforce applications and Salesforce release management Expertise in setting up CI/CD practice is highly desirable. Excellent Troubleshooting skills with Salesforce deployment failures. Experience in DevOps is an added advantage. Good communication skills, both, written and spoken.

Additional Information

Make an impact and work in large-scale projects globally. Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science or related field Experience with Containers and orchestration services like Kubernetes, Docker, etc. is an edge. Knowledge about cloud security and best practices. Fluency in one or more scripting languages such as Python or Ruby. Proven ability to quickly learn and implement unfamiliar technologies.

· Prior leadership experience is good to have.

· Understanding of Agile process must have.

· Work from any of the Deloitte office in Hybrid mode (no remote)
