Job Description

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and growth across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.

• Create and curate compelling content (text, image, video) for social media posts that align with brand voice, tone, and objectives.

• Manage social media advertising campaigns, optimize budgets, and track performance metrics to achieve campaign objectives and ROI.

• Monitor social media trends, audience behaviors, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., content, design, product) to ensure alignment of social media initiatives with overall marketing goals.

• Lead and mentor a team of social media specialists, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities.

• Implement best practices for community management (Online and Offline), engagement, and customer support on social media platforms.

• Analyze performance data and prepare regular reports with actionable insights to inform strategy and optimize performance.

• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and platform updates to drive innovation and continuous improvement


Qualifications

Essential:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

• Proven track record of managing successful social media marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, demonstrating growth and engagement.

• Strong understanding of social media analytics, tools, and advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in a leadership or managerial role, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a team.

• Passion for digital marketing, social media trends, and emerging technologies.

• Willingness to travel as per requirement, not exceeding 10% of the time.

• Happy to contribute to and collaborate on other related marketing initiatives within the company to drive overall business growth and success.
