Educational Qualification & Experience

  • Skills – Best written and communication skills & MS Office knowledge
  • Experience –  0 to 1 year
Roles and ResponsibilitiesOnboarding
  • Coordinates pre-hire and hire formalities, ensures compliance, collects documents
  • Coordinate/facilitate new hire orientation/induction sessions
  • Assists in the activity to design, deliver, and constantly improve our Onboarding proposition and programs, to guarantee a positive Day 1 employee experience
HR Administration
  • Partners with HR Services to ensure that people transactions are processed timely, and processes are continuously reviewed, improved, and streamlined
  • Collects HR documentation, performs related administrative activities, updates job descriptions
Offboarding 
  • Conducts exit interviews to identify attrition trends
  • Ensures compliance for and implements the exit process/documentation
  • Provides first-level HR generalist advice, guidance, and support to the reporting manager in all employee matters
Recruitments
  • Actively participate in the various goal setting & planning processes and help the company fill the gaps by hiring the right set of people
  • Coordinate with the team for interviews and feedback
  • Maintain company profile & credibility on all hiring platforms & generate inbound interest for job inquiries
