JobSummary:

Asa Business Intelligence Analyst at Medvarsity you will beinstrumental in leveraging datato
optimizeour websites user experience and increase course enrollment. Yourinsights will driveour
marketingsales and business strategies ensuring that our educationalofferings areeffectively
presentedto our diverse and globalaudience.

KeyResponsibilities:
  • Analyzewebsite data including purchase behavior to understand trendsrelated to time (year monthday) and correlate them with our courseofferings.
  • Usetools like Google Analytics Hotjar and other advanced analyticstools to gather and interpret data on user engagement andbehavior.
  • Provideactionable insights to marketing sales and business teams tooptimize product placement on the website and enhance userexperience.
  • Collaboratewith teams to develop strategies that align with business goals andincrease courseenrollments.
  • Monitorand report on the effectiveness of strategies implemented adjustingapproaches as needed based on dataanalysis.
  • Staycurrent with market trends and new technologies in data analysisand onlineeducation.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelorsdegree in Data Science Statistics Business or a relatedfield.
  • 35years of experience in data analysis preferably in an ecommerce oronline educationenvironment.
  • Stronganalytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g.Google Analytics Hotjar Adobe Analytics Tableau SQLPython/R).
  • Excellentcommunication skills and the ability to translate complex data intoactionableinsights.
  • Ateam player with a proactive approach toproblemsolving.
