Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Enable and drive, people, process and drive the subordinates for timely execution of work as per the project planning to achieve the targets set in by the department/ organization
  • To ensure the actual process flow of the project execution and work with project team and other agencies as required for all projects with appropriate project planning & execution across the project handled.
  • To review drawings, planning, tracking day to day interior & furnishing works of contractors across projects.
  • To advise project lead on interior design factors such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings or equipment, and colour coordination.
  • Delegating work to the Floor Managers & Supervisors
  • Monitor installation, and arrangement of carpeting, accessories, paint and wall coverings, artwork, furniture, and related items
  • Ensure strict adherence to follow and ensure implementation of health and site safety policies
  • Monitor and control quality of work and inspection of material delivered at site
  • Timely delivery of all projects as per the timelines confirmed and agreed with client
  • Driving material waste management at site and ensuring minimum wastage
  • Daily visit & consistent connect with all Client I PMC ensuring healthy relationship management.
  • Increase customer satisfaction and improve organization branding through quality, process & standards thereby contributing to the revenue growth of the organization.
  • Should ensure to deliver projects without the requirement of the snag list, however in worst case scenario snag list should be closed before on or before 15 days of the completion & handover of the project.

RequirementsQualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
  • 4 - 9 years’ experience in Civil / Interiors
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and maintain multiple tasks.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
