Experienceand Key Skills

a)Should have minimum 5 years of professional experience in MISmanagement.
b) Should haveexperience of developing/managing ITportals.
c) Should have goodexperience of analyzing data and generating reports fordecisionmaking.
d) Working ongovernment projects in egovernance project/MIS development ormanagement/developing portals will bepreferred.
e) Proficiency in Hindiand English.
f) Should beproficient inMSoffice.

Roles& Responsibilities

a)Managing MIS Portals.
b) DataReporting of various schemes.
c)Providing insights to the department based on dataanalysis.
d) Standardizedreporting mechanisms under various initiatives of thedepartment.
e) Facilitate indeveloping FRS and other technical documents as perrequirement.
f) Other tasksrelated to skill development schemes as communicated by DSD MP fromtimetotimebasis.

Salary As Per Norms

Overheadexpenses In case of official expenses payment would bemade on actuals. How so ever a candidate is expected to carry hisown working device i.e laptop/charging cableetc.

TravellingAllowance (TA) Dearness Allowance (DA)and Leaves As perTA/DA norms applicable to the rank of Deputy Director DSD MP.Casual leaves 13 days Medical leaves 10 days Optional leaves 3 days& Local holiday As per government rules. No other types ofleaves will begranted.
