Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Media Manager or similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of media planning, buying, and optimization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in media buying tools and software
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and technologies
  • Attention to detail and a creative mindset
  • Knowledge of legal and ethical guidelines for media advertising

  • Develop and implement strategic media plans to effectively reach target audiences
  • Manage media budgets and optimize spending to achieve maximum ROI
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to create impactful media campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze media performance and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging media platforms
  • Negotiate with media vendors to secure favorable rates and placements
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling media content
  • Track and report on key media metrics and KPIs
  • Ensure compliance with legal and industry standards in all media activities
