We are looking for a Senior Guest Relations Officer ( female) in Kokapet, Hyderabad for a leading real estate developer This is a full-time position where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the utmost satisfaction of our clients. You will be responsible for managing client relations, addressing their concerns.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong customer service skills to effectively address client needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Problem-solving abilities to quickly and effectively resolve client issues and concerns.
  • Interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and understand their requirements.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all client interactions and documentation.
  • Patience to handle client concerns and complaints in a calm and effective manner.
  • Conflict resolution skills to manage and de-escalate disputes, ensuring positive outcomes.
  • Empathy to understand and relate to clients perspectives and needs.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for guest relations and effectively handle any escalations or complaints.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure client requirements are fully understood and addressed.
  • Monitor and report on client feedback to continuously improve service quality.
  • Coordinate and oversee client visits and meetings to facilitate a positive and productive experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest relations and client satisfaction.
  • Document and maintain records of client interactions and feedback for future reference.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address any emerging needs.
