The ideal candidate will have astrong background in accounting budgeting reporting and managementinformation systems (MIS). The Canddiate will be responsible forsupporting financial planning and analysis activities preparingaccurate and timely financial reports and assisting in thedevelopment and maintenance of MIS systems. This role requires aproactive individual with excellent analytical skills and theability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Budgeting:
  • Assist in the development ofannual operating budgets and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with departmental managers to gather budgetinputs and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Analyze budget variances and provide recommendations forcorrective actions.
  1. Reporting:
  • Prepare monthly quarterly andannual financial reports for internal and externalstakeholders.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliancewith accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends anomalies andopportunities for improvement.
  1. Management Information Systems(MIS):
  • Participate in the design implementation and maintenanceof MIS systems.
  • Ensure that MIS systemscapture relevant financial and operational dataaccurately.
  • Provide training and support toendusers to maximize the effectiveness of MIS systems.
  1. FinancialAnalysis:
  • Conduct adhoc financial analysis to supportdecisionmaking and strategic initiatives.
  • Evaluate the financial performance of business units andidentify areas for optimization.
  • Assist in thepreparation of financial models and business cases for investmentproposals.
  1. CrossfunctionalCollaboration:
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather data andinsights for financial analysis.
  • Communicatefindings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concisemanner.
  • Build strong relationships withstakeholders to facilitate collaboration and alignment on financialgoals.

Qualifications:

  • Qualfiied chartered Accountant &Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
  • Proven experience in budgeting financialreporting and MIS.
  • Proficiency in financialmodeling and analysis techniques.
  • Stronganalytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and otherfinancial software.
  • Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills.
  • Ability toprioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamicenvironment.
