Job Description: Chartered Accountant - Fresher

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Internal Audits, Process reviews, SOP drafting and IFC (60%):

Perform comprehensive reviews of internal controls, processes, and procedures to assess their effectiveness and efficiency.

Execute audit procedures to ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and accounting standards.

Document findings, prepare audit reports, and communicate recommendations to management for corrective actions.

Plan and execute Internal Audits, prepare ICFR template, controls testing, controls validations work for multiple clients

Perform Financial Statement Review (40%) and assist in Statutory Audits (20%):

Analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to ensure accuracy and completeness

Perform ratio analysis, trend analysis, and variance analysis to identify anomalies and trends

Verify the consistency and reliability of financial data and disclosures in compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements

Prepare financial reports and summaries to aid management in decision-making processes.

Participate in the planning and execution of statutory audits

Verify financial transactions, records, and statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements and prepare work papers.

Participate in training programs, workshops, and seminars to enhance knowledge and skills.

Pursue continuing education and professional certifications to advance career growth within the field of auditing and accounting.

Qualifications and Skills:

Chartered Accountant

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Ethical conduct and commitment to upholding professional standards.
