Job Description of theRole:

Lead AEMArchitect

Duties andResponsibilities:

To be part of BajajFinserv development team. Primary role would be to provide bestarchitectural solutions for the AEMprojects.

Strong understanding ofbusiness objective andfunctional needs acrossbusinessverticals.Ensuringeffective technical platform andintegration architecture in termsof info securitymitigation costperformance.

Hands on experience in architectural designpatterns performance tuningdatabase designs

EnsuringDev OpsPractices arewell documented and getting followed byteam to manage system development andsupport.

To ensurecloser of all relevant tasks with artifacts availability on Azureboard.

Ensuring evaluationof new products POC Time boundR&D andsolution deliveries

Ensuring effective collaboration with internaland external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications andExperience:

Minimumeducationalqualification isB.E. (Computer)from reputedinstitution.

Shouldhave11 to18 years ofworkingexperience withAdobe Experience Manager or relevantCMS.

Provide AEM insights and guidance for manysmall to mediumsize development projects for businesstobusinesswebsites and marketing technologysystems.

Serve as the subjectmatter expert on AEM content management marketing automation webanalytics and targetingcapabilities.

Translate businessrequirements into welldesigned solutions that best leverage the AEMplatform.

Lead technical designsessions to plan and document technical solutions aligned withbusinessobjectives.

Design the reusable component model to supportmodular design for both web and mobileuse.

Review performance andmetrics to revise architecture anddesign.

Understand currentdigital and marketing technology landscape and business vision;define target architecture for digitalplatform.

Define and build ourmarketing technologystack.

Establish web UI technology standards andupdate with emergingtechnologies.

Strong hand onexperience of OSGI bundles services HTL/Sightly componentsTemplates Taxonomy metadata management Forward and ReverseReplication Workflows Content Publishing and unpublishing TaggingDeployment(Maven).

Develop and oversee AEM launches versioningglobalization/localization features AEM Mobile and AEM Formsapplications and the Digital Asset Management products Adobe Scene7 (Adobe DynamicMedia) integration with eCommerce products like Hybris MagentoElastic Path andmicroservicesbasedarchitecture experience.

Employpromote andenforce strong coding standards for security efficiencyreadability andreuse.

Design andimplement tagging and data layers for complex analytics scenarioscontent targeting and personalizationscenarios.

Ensure strategies standards and referencearchitectures are consistent andwellintegrated.

Masteryof all relevant core Java technologies with Java 8/11 that are usedin most Javacentric CMS/WCM platformsincluding but not limited to XML XSL XSLT XSD serversideprogramming models and other related presentation middletier& persistenceframeworks.

Certified Adobe CloudCommerce Professional will be preferred.
