Business Unit Introduction
Our Cognitive Process Services (CPS) business provides offshore, nearshore and onshore solutions to Client across industries and geographies, with various streams under Finance and Administration (F&A), Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C) Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) HR/learnings and Integrated Source to Pay Operations. Who you are:
As an AEM DAM Specialist, you are responsible for facilitating the migration of existing digital asset management processes to the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform and supporting asset organization and metadata optimization in collaboration with creative teams and marketing managers. You will ensure project timelines are met while leveraging both existing and newly migrated platforms. Additionally, you will perform metadata validation and asset quality checks to ensure 100% accuracy and usability of all digital assets.
What you'll do:
1. AEM DAM Implementation & Management:
Configure and manage AEM DAM to meet business requirements.
Optimize the platform for efficient asset storage, tagging, and retrieval.
Ensure compliance with digital asset management best practices.
2. Asset Migration:
Develop and execute strategies for migrating assets from Box to AEM DAM.
Perform detailed audits of existing assets to assess quality, metadata, and taxonomy.
Use scripts, tools, and frameworks for large-scale asset migration.
Handle metadata transformation and ensure proper mapping to AEM DAM standards.
3. Metadata Management & Taxonomy Development:
Define and maintain metadata structures, tagging conventions, and taxonomy frameworks.
Ensure assets are organized for usability, searchability, and scalability.
4. Quality Assurance & Troubleshooting:
Conduct post-migration validation to ensure data integrity and functionality.
Troubleshoot issues related to asset ingestion, metadata, workflows, and access controls.
5. Documentation & Training:
Create comprehensive documentation for asset migration processes, workflows, and standards.
Train end-users and stakeholders on AEM DAM functionalities and best practices.

Required Expertise:
Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in AEM DAM (installation, configuration, and management).
Hands-on experience with asset migration tools (e.g., Python scripts, PowerShell, or custom frameworks).
Strong understanding of metadata standards , taxonomy design, and tagging strategies.
Experience with APIs, RESTful services, and AEM integration frameworks.
Knowledge of tools like Adobe Creative Cloud , Scene7 , or related technologies.
Familiarity with database management, Excel, and CSV manipulation for data migration.
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience working with AEM DAM and asset migration projects.
Experience in enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives is a plus.
Preferred Certifications:
Adobe Experience Manager Certifications (AEM Architect, AEM Developer).
DAM-related certifications or relevant training.
