Job Overview

Our team is looking towards hiring a passionateand experienced candidate as a Business Development Director.

You will be responsible for developing astrategic business strategy to enhance business growth. You willalso be responsible for creating and maintaining sales and revenuesrecords. In addition to this you will require to prepare new salescampaigns and develop a cordial relationship with the internal andexternal vendors.

As a Business DevelopmentDirector you should possess good communication skills and theability to coordinate with the team efficiently. You should haveoutstanding leadership skills as well as excellent organizationalskills.

Prior work experience as a BusinessDevelopment Director or a similar role will be mandatory to qualifyfor this position. You should also be proficient in MS Office Toolsand Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

Responsibilities
  • Identifying business opportunitiesto grow the business.
  • Managing and buildingrelationships with the vendors and external suppliers.
  • Maintaining the recordsfor the sales revenues and expenditures.
  • Arranging meetings with prospective clients.
  • Understanding the products and services of thecompany.
  • Suggesting improvements in thebusiness strategies.
  • Creating new campaigns todrive business growth.
  • Coordinating with theSales and the Marketing department.
  • Preparingpresentations for Company Executives and Management team.
  • Preparing documents and information forrequests for proposals (RFPs).
  • Adhering torules and regulations of the company.
  • Supervising the department budgets.
  • Staying updated with themarket trends.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in BusinessMarketing Finance or a related field
  • Experience working as a Business DevelopmentDirector Business Development Manager Business DevelopmentAssociate or a similar role in the Sales Department.
  • Excellent experience working with CustomerRelationship Management software such as SAP Salesforce Zoho etc.
  • A proven sales recordwill be an added benefit.
  • Demonstrateexceptional ability to communicate efficiently.
  • Ability to work in a stressful workingenvironment.
  • Outstanding sales and negotiationskills.
  • Good problemsolving and analyticalskills.
  • Demonstrateoutstanding leadership skills.
  • A hardworkingand detailed oriented individual.
  • Ability towork in a team environment with zero supervision.
