HR & Operations Manager

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the company, including but not limited to facilities management, vendor management, and office administration.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Nurture a positive working environment and promote company culture.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Manage the performance review process and provide coaching and guidance to employees as needed.
- Monitor employee engagement and implement initiatives to improve morale and productivity.
- Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation.
- Work closely with senior management to develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as an HR and Operations Manager (minimum 3-4 years)
- Knowledge of HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (HRMS) and Office Software (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or relevant field; Master's degree preferred.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

Requirements
