Manager Data Engineer

 

Key Responsibilities:

·  

· Experience in Data Modelling, Data/ Information Architecture, Metadata Management, Master Data management, Data Governance & Data Quality.

· Strong experience with designing ETL/ELT Pipelines/Data flows using Azure Data Factory and familiarity with Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Storage.

· Monitor, maintain and optimize data pipeline environments for performance and scalability.

· Experience of Big data approach, architectural concepts, data sourcing/ ingestion/ curation and storage mechanisms.

· Experience in analytics, data warehousing, enterprise reporting.

· Participate in agile development processes and contribute to the overall architecture and design of data solutions.

·  Highly skilled in end-to-end Data warehousing and BI (analytics) design / development.

· Create Design, Functional/Technical specification documentations or any artifacts needed.

 

Job Requirements :

 

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred with 10 years of experience in Data engineering

· Recruit, Train and develop a team of performing data Engineers

· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and its components

· Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps principles.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues in complex data environments.
