This role will play a criticalrole in the newly created AI and Automation solutions division.Where lead analyst will work closely with product managers and USbanking clients to create transformative Automation solutions. Alsoproducts in Contact centre Deposit management loan onboardingdispute and Fraud management space. Analysts need to have thefollowing experience:
Priorexperience of supporting products management and engineering teamswith ideally a B2B SaaS or enterprise Banking product company B2BFintech selling solutions to Banks. Some prior management andsolutions consulting experience will also beuseful.
This role will be idealfor those who want to progress to product management career in B2BSaaS companies. The ideal person should have some exposure toproduct management esp with AI/GenAIproducts.
a. AI/ML/GenAI productrequirement analysis: The analysis should have experience ofassisting product teams and clientinterviews
in i. productrequirement analysis and interviewing clients in understanding theclients requirements
b. Excellentproblem solving presentation and client management skills: Theperson should have presented to client and led problem solvingdiscussions. Typically consultants follow this approach so analystwill also need to take this approach rather than just takinginstructions from client he/she needs to value add to thediscussion and arrive at potentialsolutions.
c. AI/ML/GenAI drivenAutomation Solutions design skills: This role will involve Ai/GenAIsolutions and product design and hence person should have workedeither as BA/Product manager/Consultant in design in AI solutionsesp. US Banks
d. Ability to writeBRD PRD FSD for B2B SaaS products indetails
I. Prior experience withData science Analytics Financial Services/ Consumer bankingbusiness(preferred) with extensive product/solutions orientationrelated to Customer Onboarding Customer Service Fraud managementRisk management or relatedareas.
II. Gathering and analysingrequirements for features and translating them into actionablesolutions/products.
e. Basicunderstanding of Cloud technologies Big data Data base Scrumplanning and use Jira for collaboration and project managementacross product and engineeringteams
f. Should have passion fornew technologies and curious mind set with awareness of newstartups andinnovation.

RequirementsEngineering and MBA from Tier 1 institute with 512 years ofexperience.
7 10 years experiencein Business analysis product management AI solution design willingto work night shifts as per US time zones. In case of the rightcandidate we will be able to relax on late night workingtimings.
