oOverallresponsibility for servicing clients on Analytics/Advisory andmanaging the analyticsteam.

oHandson advanced knowledge of analytical techniques advanced knowledgeof SQL or other structured languages advanced knowledge ofExcel.

oDesignand develop analytics products and services.o Works closely with theClient(s) on scorecards advisory and modeling.

o Develop models and use analytics for refined datacapturing andanalysis.

oProvideleadership to the analytics team and assist the leadership todeliver results business goals andcommitments.

oFinancialServices/ Consumer banking business(preferred) with extensiveanalyticsorientation.

oWorkon processes to continuously update rules/procedures to optimizeresults & manage daytoday activities with theteam.

oSupportvarious special projectassignments



Requirements

EligibilityCriteria: (Skill set required to do the jobKnowledge Tools Technical Knowledge Certificationsetc.)

oProven track record withdatabase languages (e.g. SQL) and statistical software (e.g. RPython) and visualization tools (e.g. Tableau PowerBIQlikView).

oWell versed with MS Exceladvanced &VBA.

oKnowledge of advancedstatistical techniques and concepts (regression properties ofdistributions statistical tests and proper usage etc.) andexperience with applications.

oGood to have conceptual orworking knowledge of Machine Learning & AI cloud platforms(e.g. AWS GCPAzure)

BEHAVIORALSKILLS: (Attitude Aptitude andAbilities)

oExperience articulating andtranslating business questions to analyticalsolutions.

Ability to handle andstructure analysis independently.

o Comfortable with numerical andquantitative calculations andanalysis.
