Job Overview
We are hiring Store Manager for Caratlane . Caratlane is a jewelry Store . As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store located in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, and be passionate about providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
Qualifications and Skills
Age : 25yrs to 35 yrs
Graduate / Post Graduate
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a Store Manager or similar role
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of inventory management techniques
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, sales, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase store productivity and profitability
- Train and supervise store staff, ensuring that they provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Monitor and analyze sales trends, adjusting strategies as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels
- Prepare sales reports and present them to upper management
