KeyAccountabilities

  • Proactivelyengage with stakeholders across the organization to provideinformation on projects run by Enabling Solutions and their impactand to gather information on projects being run by otherorganizations covering similarareas.

  • Capturestakeholder demand analyse and understand the business requirementsand associated value case and recommend for governanceapproval.

  • Workwith stakeholders to understand and agree delivery timelines forprojects initiatives and problems and ensure their concerns andaspirations are understood andconsidered.

  • Setstakeholder expectations for delivery and keep them informed ofprogress risks andissues.

  • Structureand breakdown demand into manageable work packages and activitiesand create associated features and user stories fordelivery.

  • Planactivity delivery (3 months look ahead) and identifyinterdependencies between deliverysquads.

  • Identifyand flag resource constraints which may impact planneddelivery.

  • Preparefor and participate in Program Increment (PI) Planning sessions toalign on prioritization of deliverables and feedback outcomes tostakeholders.

  • Identifyimpediments or risks of delivery of PI Planning agreed milestonesand proposedmitigations.

  • Partnerwith stakeholders to ensure that the necessary change management isin place for solutions being delivered byES.

  • Understandadopt and embrace agile principles and agile waysof

  • Workwith direct reports to set performance goals and regularly checkinon performance goalprogress.

  • Scheduleregular 1:1 catchups with direct reports and provide support andcoaching whenneeded.

  • Discusscareer aspirations with team members and ensure everyone has adevelopment plan with focus areasidentified.

  • Discusstraining needs and stretchassignments.

Qualification & Experience andCompetencies

EssentialEducation and Experience

  • Suitablyqualified professional with degree or similar education backgroundin Accounting(CPA).

  • Projectand Change Management experience in Finance Systemdeployments.

  • Strongpresentation and communication skills including the ability toarticulate complex processes and influence a wide range ofstakeholders.

  • Provenexperience in capturing business requirements and improving processandsystems.

  • Strongstakeholder management and engagementskills.

  • Experiencein activity and capacity planning andmanagement.

  • ProjectManagement experience in Finance Systemdeployments.

  • Abilityto prioritize and flexible adjust to new prioritieseffectively.

  • Abilityof solving problems on their own working on complex issues acrossmultipleteams.

  • Abilityto work within a virtual global teamenvironment.

  • Abilityto prioritiseeffectively.

  • SAPECC and S4Hana Experience in AAPS GLJVA

DesirableCriteria

  • 12years of relevant work experience in EPR and/or and Finance SystemsProjectManagement

  • Expertisein Accounting Period end closeactivities

  • Knowledgeand previous experience of finance business and systemprocess.

  • Experiencein planning and/or execute projectdeliverables.

  • Experiencemanaging globalteams

  • Experiencein agile waysofworking and Scrummethodology.
