Associate Allied Chemicals has been delivering ingredient solutions for the fragrance, flavor, food and personal care industries for over 45 years. As we expand our presence, we looking for a motivated Product Portfolio Analyst to become a part of our team.

As Product Portfolio Analyst, you will play a key role in analysing our ingredient portfolio, vendor management, researching competitive marketplace and the monitor inventories, margin management and using internal data and systems.

You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality reports, presentations and dashboards in Power BI and other business intelligence tools; strong analytical and communication skills are essential for this role. Advanced Excel and MS Office knowledge is necessary for this position.

Tasks
  • Monitor product portfolio and inventory with key attention to inventory, margins, pricing trends.
  • Core skill requirement is vendor management with ability to communicate efficiently and develop relationships with vendors.
  • Competition benchmarking and market intelligence.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to provide real-time insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
  • Preparing business presentations about products, research reports for management and help in strategic planning
  • Analyse data trends and patterns to identify opportunities for portfolio improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business administration / Computer Science / Supply Chain
  • Proven experience in Power BI, Excel, SQL and understanding in dashboard creation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data visualization techniques.
  • Advance excel, Power Point and MS package suite experience
  • Communication and organizational skills are critical for relationship building
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to present facts/details in a concise manner to technical & non-technical stakeholders.
