TheHR intern will assist the Head of HR for various HR andadministrative activities describedbelow.

Qualifications:
1.Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor sdegree in Human Resources Business Administration or a relatedfield2.Skills:
  • Strong organizational andtime management skills
  • Excellent communicationand interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPointOutlook)
  • Basic understanding of HR principlesand practices
  • Ability to maintainconfidentiality and handle sensitiveinformation
  • Strong research and analyticalskills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy indocumentation

Responsibilities:
1.Meeting Coordination:
  • Schedule andorganize meetings appointments and conferences for the Head ofHR
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendasminutes and followup actions
  • Coordinatelogistics for internal and external meetings including bookingconference rooms and arranging necessaryequipment
2.Documentation:
  • Assist in thepreparation review and management of HR documents reports andpresentations
  • Maintain and update employeerecords and HR databases accurately
  • Ensure allHR documents are properly filed andorganized
3. Research andAnalysis:
  • Conduct research onHRrelated topics best practices and industrytrends
  • Compile data and prepare reports tosupport HR initiatives anddecisionmaking
  • Assist in analyzing employeesurvey results and other feedbackmechanisms
4. AdministrativeSupport:
  • Provide generaladministrative support to the Head of HR and the HRdepartment
  • Handle incoming calls emails andcorrespondence directing them to the appropriateperson
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating HRevents and activities
5. EmployeeRelations:
  • Assist in addressingemployee inquiries and providing support asneeded
  • Help coordinate employee engagementactivities and recognitionprograms
