The HR intern will assist the Head of HR for various HR and administrative activities described below.
Compensation: INR 20000 per monthLocation: Noida (onsite)
Qualifications:
1. Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field2. Skills:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

Responsibilities:
1. Meeting Coordination:
  • Schedule and organize meetings appointments and conferences for the Head of HR
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas minutes and followup actions
  • Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings including booking conference rooms and arranging necessary equipment
2. Documentation:
  • Assist in the preparation review and management of HR documents reports and presentations
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately
  • Ensure all HR documents are properly filed and organized
3. Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct research on HRrelated topics best practices and industry trends
  • Compile data and prepare reports to support HR initiatives and decisionmaking
  • Assist in analyzing employee survey results and other feedback mechanisms
4. Administrative Support:
  • Provide general administrative support to the Head of HR and the HR department
  • Handle incoming calls emails and correspondence directing them to the appropriate person
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating HR events and activities
5. Employee Relations:
  • Assist in addressing employee inquiries and providing support as needed
  • Help coordinate employee engagement activities and recognition programs
