About the role:

As a Process quality specialist, you would be responsible for process improvement of more than 3 product manufacturing lines in the shop floor.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Drive quality policy adherence on shop floor to maintain highest levels of quality

  • Ensure quality data collection, analysis and drive corrective actions

  • Work with cross functional teams to meet the objectives

  • Drive kaizen culture in the shop floor activities

  • Ensure MIS meets the set targets

Role Purpose:

  • The candidate will be managing and leading 3 product lines for quality

  • The candidate will get exposure for new product development

Minimum Requirements:

  • Qualification of candidate should be BE/BTech in Mechanical/Electronic engineering

  • Must have worked in manufacturing environment

  • Must have min 5 to 7 years of experience in the field of process Improvement in the manufacturing organization.
