Junior Procurement Specialist – Asst. Manager, Global Sourcing & Procurement

Gurgaon,Haryana

The GSP (Global Sourcing & Procurement) team supports the AXA XL Operations by providing sourcing and Procurement services to the whole AXA XL organization (65 entities 25 countries). GSP is currently on an important transformation journey aiming to put in place all the key Procurement processes & tools to cover all the value chain of GSP, as P2P (Procurement to pay), Contract management, Vendor management, Spend management & Vendor Risk Framework management. In that context, we are looking for a Procurement Specialist. The role will be part of IT Sourcing team within the GSP organization.

Accountable for the successful commercial and contractual completion of sourcing projects Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop sourcing initiatives and make all necessary arrangements to ensure that cost, risk, and service requirements are met. Required to implement a pipeline of activities in line with contract expiry dates, potential cost saving opportunities and new change projects. Articulate and disseminate agreed terms and key operational aspects of the contract (ensure all parties know what they have to do post contract signature). Responsible for building relationships with key stakeholders in IT prioritizing their needs. Responsible for ensuring that critical suppliers within the category are identified and properly managed in line with the AXA XL SRM approach Required to negotiate complex sourcing contracts with suppliers to achieve best value. Manage end to end sourcing & contract management activities focusing on IT related projects including but not limited to Application Management services. Manage RFx/eRFx activities (RFI, RFQ & RFP), category based spend analysis with goal to identify savings opportunities Follow Compliance with VRF (Vendor Risk Framework focusing on Infosec, Data Privacy, Operational Resiliance and Reputation risk) while executing contracts Track, report & manage pipeline activities

 We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:

Required Skills and Abilities:

·Facilitate internal discussions to determine requirements

·Conduct RFI /RFQ / RFP

·Contract negotiation with vendors

·Familiar with different contract structure (MSA, CSA, Amendment, Addendum, SOW, Change Request, etc.) and commercial models (fixed price, fixed capacity, times & materials, etc.)

·Contract review with company subject matter experts from legal, information security, data privacy, tax, audit, etc.

·Manage renewals of existing contracts

·Identify savings opportunities and initiatives (cost savings / cost avoidance)

·Collect data from multiple sources and prepare reporting packs

·Keep database of contracts updated

·Vendor governance and escalations

·5 plus years of experience in Sourcing Procurement functions leading to expertise on sourcing and contract management.

·Team player with a positive mindset and Proven communication skills

·Complex problem-solving capabilitiesand ability to empower and influence

·Knowledge of SharePoint, COUPA, Ariba, Salesforce, SAP etc. would be an additional advantage

·Comfortable with reporting tools like PowerBi and advanced skill on Excel and PPT
