Job Description– Backend Developer (NodeNest JS)

Key Duties:

Specialist understanding and experience of the entire webexperience lifecycle include planning analysis design coding datamanagement systems user testing problem debugging andresolution.

Design and develop software andalgorithms to solve business problems and challenges while ensuringscalability reliability performance and security.

Contribute in product technology & architecturediscussions bring fresh ideas and lead all backend developmentinitiatives.

Ability to work independentlyselfmanage time and concurrent responsibilities includingcollaborating well in a team environment.

Workin crossfunctional teams and own end to end development processfrom inception through testing to delivery.

Develop robust backend systems and secure REST APIs.Analyze feature requests and then plan & implement them ina testdriven way. Work in an Agile environment with GitHub coderepos to create and review merge

requests toachieve the best possible solution. Interact with differentstakeholders for requirements elicitation. Research and apply newtechnologies and best practices. Design and create secure &scalable APIs for internal and public consumption. Provide taskestimations and deliver quality code on time. Build components fora robust messageoriented middleware.

What were lookingfor:

2 years of strong recentpractical experience in developing backend applications using Nodejs Nest JS & Typescript (with at least 2 years inTypeScript and 2 years in Nest JS)

Excellentknowledge of web standards and technologies (HTML CSS JavaScriptHTTP) Working knowledge of relational databases objectorienteddesign principles and

design patterns with solidexperience in data modeling. (Postgres/MySQL and Redis) Solidfoundation in software engineering process & best practices(unit testing build

automation continuousintegration) Handson software development capabilities with mediumor large projects Strong experience setting up and working withCI/CD & AWS/Google Cloud stack Enjoys technical challengesand is capable of proposing and evaluating a solution

against requirements demonstrates a strong customerfocus.

Committed to thehighest levels of quality demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness.Good written and verbal communication skills in English Experiencein data structure and data modeling skills and algorithmsMicroservices and Serviceoriented architecture experience will bean advantage Solid handson experience in Distributed systems andintegrations Rest APIs is a must.
