Summary:attentions.ai is on the lookout for a Expert Backend Engineer with a robust background in Spring Boot, Spring Security, and scalable chatbot systems, along with extensive experience in developing frameworks and algorithms in Java. The ideal candidate will excel in a startup environment, pushing the boundaries of innovation and technology to architect and implement powerful backend solutions.Key Responsibilities:Design and build advanced, scalable backend frameworks using Java, enhancing the functionality and reliability of our microservices architecture.Develop sophisticated algorithms in Java to solve complex problems and improve the efficiency and performance of our cognitive services.Implement secure and scalable microservices using Spring Boot and Spring Security, ensuring robustness and reliability.Lead the design and management of APIs and discovery services, optimizing system integration and communication.Oversee the implementation and monitoring of backend systems, guaranteeing high performance and rapid issue resolution.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development in a fast-paced startup environment.Provide technical leadership and mentorship, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Required Skills and Qualifications:Profound expertise in Java, with a strong track record of developing frameworks and algorithms for complex systems.Extensive experience with Spring Boot and Spring Security, focused on creating secure, scalable microservices.Demonstrated ability in service discovery, API development, and microservices design patterns.Skilled in designing and implementing high-performance, real-time backend systems for chatbot applications.Expert in system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting in distributed environments.Ability to innovate and execute in a dynamic startup atmosphere, with a proactive and problem-solving approach.Desirable Skills:Knowledge of AI and machine learning technologies, particularly in NLP and chatbot development.Experience with cloud infrastructure, containerization, and orchestration technologies.Experience Level:Senior level, with 5+ years of experience in backend engineering, specifically with Java and microservices in a startup environment.Educational Background:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
