With a strong foundation already in place, we are looking to bring on a new member of our recruiting team.

You are well versed about sourcing /interviewing practices & excited about coordinating to provide a great candidate experience. You are thrilled about volumes / numbers to be fulfilled in novel ways possible that is best beneficial to the company & the candidate. Get super involved in value enhancing projects.

Job Summary – Recruitment Coordinator (Contract)
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be the backbone of the Recruitment team by managing day to day activities.
Handle Recruitment coordination / operational activities for the Recruitment team. Assist recruiters by scheduling and coordinating phone, onsite and video based interviews in the most appropriate mediums. Maintain candidate database and generate reports from time to time. Always maintain process & system compliance with respect to all aspects of recruitment coordination Make process recommendations to achieve operational excellence. Support on-boarding process to ensure joining formalities are carried out smoothly as required.
Experience / Qualifications Required
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required with 0 – 2 years of relevant recruiting coordination experience in a business services / technology industry preferred; Ability to influence and drive towards results in a fast-paced environment. Be action oriented, possess excellent problem solving, verbal, written & analytical Skills. Demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented, organized & be resilient. Ability to work effectively with teams & influence them; share responsibility for results, provide and accept feedback. You should be proficient in basic excel & good in reporting/MIS, ATS. Can join in 15 days or less & would be on a direct contract role.About athenahealth
