Position Overview:As an RCM Advisor at CEC you will receivecomprehensive training and support to develop the skills andknowledge needed to succeed in dental revenue cycle management. Youwill work closely with our experienced team members to provideessential support to dental practices nationwide focusing on taskssuch as dental insurance verification payment posting and accountsreceivable management.
This role is perfect forindividuals with minimal healthcare background who are eager tolearn and grow in a fastpaced teamorientedenvironment.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Learnand execute dental insurance verification processes to ensureaccurate coverage and eligibility of benefits forpatients
- Assist with the timely and accurateposting of payments adjustments and refunds to patientaccounts
- Support accounts receivable (AR)management by monitoring and resolving outstanding balances fordental practice clients
- Collaborate with teammembers to review and analyze unpaid claims denials and appealscontributing to revenue optimizationefforts
- Provide administrative support todental practice clients including data entry recordkeeping andcommunication with insurancecarriers
- Participate in ongoing training andprofessional development opportunities to enhance skills andknowledge in dental revenue cyclemanagement
Qualifications:
- Healthcarerevenue cycle management experience is a bigplus
- High school diploma orequivalent education required additional coursework in healthcareadministration or related fieldpreferred
- Strong attention to detail andaccuracy in data entry and recordkeepingtasks
- Excellent communication skills bothverbal and written with a customer serviceorientedapproach
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly ina dynamic fastpaced environment
- Positiveattitude willingness to take initiative and eagerness to contributeto a collaborativeteam
