We’re looking for a Principal Sourcing Specialist who can partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers globally to develop strategies to find candidates for our Executive Sales team. You will be working to find creative ways of surfacing top talent and activating passive candidates through a highly engaged approach..
Shift Timings: 2:00 PM-10:00 PM (Cabs provided subject to transport boundaries)

Reporting into Lead - Talent Sourcing, as an individual contributor, you would be responsible for
Collaborate with recruiters to understand leadership hiring needs in the Sales business, source top talent, and act as a talent advisorCreate structured sourcing plans and strategies to identify and attract top leadership talent for our sales organizationResearch and track industry leadership movements, providing updates on significant appointments, departures, and changesProvide market intelligence and advisory services based on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor insightsConduct in-depth research, including competitor mapping and demographic reports, to inform strategic hiring approachesStrategize and execute talent pipeline development, market research, and company mappingWork on ad-hoc projects involving research on talent mapping across MongoDB’s peers and competitorsRecommend ideas and strategies related to sourcing and recruitment that contribute to the long-term growth of the company, implementing new processes and refining standard recruiting practices to align with MongoDB's mission of delivering the highest quality results to customersUtilize various sourcing channels to locate both active and passive candidates and build candidate lists in the CRM systemProactively connect with top talent to build a strong talent pipeline for critical business functions and reduce time-to-hireParticipate in team-wide initiatives and projectsMentor less tenured team members during onboarding, training, and developmentWe’re looking for someone with…
7+ years of experience working with and building sourcing strategies with Recruiters and hiring managers within an in-house recruiting team or a Sales-focused recruitment agencyMust have leadership sourcing/hiring experienceAdvanced experience using LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and talent researchExperience in global sourcing and executive search with a proven track record of successfully identifying senior-level executivesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with stakeholders and candidatesStrategic mindset with the ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and drive results in a fast-paced environmentStrong understanding of the technology landscape, industry dynamics, and executive talent market trendsExcellent research/sourcing skills with the ability to search for hard-to-fill reqsFamiliarity with Gem CRM and Greenhouse ATS is preferredMust have worked in a high-pressure environment that is driven by business-priorities and stakeholder-enabling scenariosOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsBachelors/ Masters degree in any discipline-
