We are seeking a motivated anddynamic Project Coordinatorto join our Product Managementteam.

As a ProjectCoordinator/ Scrum Master you will be responsible for facilitatingAgile ceremonies ensuring the Scrum framework is implementedeffectively and collaborating closely with crossfunctional teams todrive the development of our report and dashboard managementsolutions.

This roleis ideal for a passionate individual who is eager to kickstarttheir career in Product Management and Agilemethodologies.

Experience:6 months to 1 Year
Location: Mohali Work FromOffice

Qualification:

  • Bachelorsdegree in computer science Business or relatedfield.

  • Internshipin Project Management Scrum Management is aplus.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Serveas the Project Coordinatorfor one or more Agile teams facilitatingScrum ceremonies such as daily standups sprint planning sprintreviews andretrospectives.

  • Coachteam members on Agile principles and practices fostering a cultureof continuous improvement andcollaboration.

  • Workclosely with the Product Owner to prioritize backlog items defineuser stories and ensure alignment with product vision and businessgoals.

  • Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams including development design and QA todeliver highquality solutions on time and withinscope.

  • Removeimpediments and escalate issues to ensure smooth and efficientexecution of sprintgoals.

  • Trackand report on key development metrics and KPIs related to thereport and dashboard managementproducts.

  • Promotetransparency and visibility by maintaining uptodate Agile boardsburndown charts and other project managementtools.

  • Fostera culture of trust accountability and innovation within the Agileteams.

TechnicalBackground:

  • Strongunderstanding of Agile methodologies particularly Scrumframework.

  • Excellentcommunication facilitation and interpersonalskills.

  • Abilityto adapt and thrive in a fastpaced dynamicenvironment.

  • Eagernessto learn and grow in the field of Product Management and Agilepractices.

  • Knowledgeof software development lifecycle and familiarity with technologystacks is aplus.

  • Certificationin Scrum (e.g. CSM) or willingness to obtain certification withinthe first six months ofemployment.
