We are seeking a motivated anddynamic Scrum Master to join our Product Managementteam.

As a ScrumMaster you will be responsible for facilitating Agile ceremoniesensuring the Scrum framework is implemented effectively andcollaborating closely with crossfunctional teams to drive thedevelopment of our report and dashboard managementsolutions.

This roleis ideal for a passionate individual who is eager to kickstarttheir career in Product Management and Agilemethodologies.

Experience:6 months to 1 Year
Location: Mohali Work FromOffice

Qualification:

  • Bachelorsdegree in computer science Business or relatedfield.

  • Internshipin Project Management Scrum Management is aplus.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Serveas the Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams facilitating Scrumceremonies such as daily standups sprint planning sprint reviewsandretrospectives.

  • Coachteam members on Agile principles and practices fostering a cultureof continuous improvement andcollaboration.

  • Workclosely with the Product Owner to prioritize backlog items defineuser stories and ensure alignment with product vision and businessgoals.

  • Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams including development design and QA todeliver highquality solutions on time and withinscope.

  • Removeimpediments and escalate issues to ensure smooth and efficientexecution of sprintgoals.

  • Trackand report on key development metrics and KPIs related to thereport and dashboard managementproducts.

  • Promotetransparency and visibility by maintaining uptodate Agile boardsburndown charts and other project managementtools.

  • Fostera culture of trust accountability and innovation within the Agileteams.

TechnicalBackground:

  • Strongunderstanding of Agile methodologies particularly Scrumframework.

  • Excellentcommunication facilitation and interpersonalskills.

  • Abilityto adapt and thrive in a fastpaced dynamicenvironment.

  • Eagernessto learn and grow in the field of Product Management and Agilepractices.

  • Knowledgeof software development lifecycle and familiarity with technologystacks is aplus.

  • Certificationin Scrum (e.g. CSM) or willingness to obtain certification withinthe first six months ofemployment.
