Overview:
Clario is seeking a passionate, enthusiastic IT application administrator across a number of key Enterprise platforms supporting our global workforce. This is a multi-discipline role whereby the successful candidate will be required to work over more than 1 platform.
The suitable candidate will already possess a number of key skills in the applicable application set, and be keen to learn administration of other applications as required.
We are seeking a number of candidates that would be required to support the following platforms;
-ServiceNow
-Planview
-Sharepoint
-Docusign
-Smartsheets
The candidate will ideally already possess skills and qualifications in at least 2 of the above applications, and be keen to understand and learn more about general administration of the remaining platforms.

The candidate will ideally already possess skills and qualifications in at least 2 of the above applications, and be keen to understand and learn more about general administration of the remaining platforms.

Responsibilities:

The day to day role will see the candidate perform the following administration tasks:

Tier 1/2 incident management and triaging of incidents Fulfilment of tier 1/2 service requests including user MAC New user configuration, maintenance, permissions, security settings Assisting in development and testing of new releases Supporting with custom scripting to achieve business requirements and outcomes Proactive monitoring of any system logs to prevent future issues Support the wider support and development team for each application as required Work with business stakeholders as and when required Identifying work that can be automated or shifted left to the service desk Proactive monitoring and responding to any system generated alerts, or alerts triggered by event management systems User absolute user satisfaction when delivering services to the business

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

Knowledge of systems application architecture Knowledge of the MS 365 Suite Experience in data management within the applications Workflow and process automation experience Security and compliance experience At least 1 year of experience in 2 or more of the platforms listed above Qualifications in 2 or more of the platforms listed above ITIL Foundation desired At least 2 years of general IT administration experience
